The 90-day guarantee

The guarantee, as it appears in Chapter 7:

Complete the 30-Day Proof Log, and if the book hasn't paid off for you, you get a full refund within ninety days of purchase. Complete means what Done when says above. Before you send your log to anyone, the guarantee included, black out company names and confidential details. The steps for claiming it are on the store's guarantee page.

What complete means

• Days 1 to 30 of the plan, in a row, with an entry for every working day.
• A day you missed and wrote up the next morning still counts.
• If the run breaks, start it again. The new run still has to finish inside the 90 days.
• Nothing else is required.

How to claim it

1. Finish your 30 days within 90 days of your purchase date.
2. Black out company names, colleagues' names and anything confidential.
3. Email [support address, to come] with “Guarantee” and your order number in the subject. Attach photos of your journal or notebook pages.
4. We refund the full price of your edition to the card you paid with. You keep the book.
